Operation Description: Bags are automatically accumulated, counted and metered to the operator from the in-feed conveyor. The operator manually positions the bags into the desired pattern on top of the air table. After a layer is completed, the operator presses two palm buttons and the in-feed conveyor stops while bags are automatically squared and deposited on to the pallet. The Model 1000S is a low-speed semi-automatic, bag palletizer. All functions of the Model 1000S are automatic except layer forming and opening of split air flotation plates. The 1000S palletizes at a variable rate of 16-20 bags per minute, depending upon the operator, and features the same heavy-duty construction and innovative design as Chantland-MHS’ high-speed automatic models, but at a lower price. Several options and configurations are available to fit a wide variety of applications.
