S-Series Swivel Stacker Conveyor

Slider bed design incline conveyor elevates bags, discharging them onto boom conveyor that pivots side-to-side. It also raises and lowers to operator height to facilitate manually stacking bags on pallets. Recommend maximum 60 lb. bags.

Design Features:

  • Formed frame construction – 21’-0” overall length.
  • 16” wide 150# black rough top incline belt, 20” wide 150# black rough top boom belt, stainless steel mechanical lacing.
  • 5 HP 208/230/460 V., 60 Hz., 3 Ph., motor coupled to hydraulic pump.
  • Hydraulic motors coupled directly to drive pulley shafts with variable speed control valves.
  • Hydraulic cylinder with control valve mounted at end of boom for 3’-1” to 7’-4” top of boom discharge heights.
