Slider bed design for use in transferring bags from an upright position to a horizontal bottom first orientation in-line with the closing conveyor line. (shown w/casters)

Design Features:

  • Structural channel frame construction, 4’-0” overall length
  • 22” wide 4 ply tan slip top belt, V-guide molded to underside to maintain belt tracking, stainless steel mechanical lacing
  • Compact 1/2 HP C-face shaft mounted drive design for 70 FPM belt speed
  • Motor starter in NEMA 12 enclosure with pushbuttons and safety lockout – 208/230/460 V., 60 Hz., 3 Ph.,
  • Adjustable bag knock over bar
  • Polished stainless steel bag slide plate
  • Rubber faced bag turn wheel
  • Fixed support height for 12” top of belt
