Porta-Valve Auger Filler

Model 4200V PortaValve is designed to fill valve type bags with pelleted, flaked, granular or powdered products such as seed, grain, mashed or ground animal feeds, mineral supplements, chemicals, plastic pellets and similar materials.

How it Works:

Bag is placed on spout and the operator causes the clamshell gate to open, and product gravity feeds to the feed screw inside the bag spout. Product is delivered into the bag, and as the weight increases in the bag, the scaling mechanism recognizes the increase in weigh, and stops the cycle at the appropriate time by closing the clamshell gate.
